“I was deposed in February by a very cranky defense attorney. He was not happy with what I had to say and kept insisting I was changing what I had said previously (it was part 2 of a depo). I did not back down and the RC told me I had held up quite well to the badgering. I was deposed last week by two more defense attorneys and one of them said something you taught at the conference, and I smirked when he was saying it. When I spoke to RC this morning he said he felt I did really well with their nit picking and did not concede my opinion.
