Errata Sheets in Georgia are governed by SECTION SIGN 9-11-30 of Georgia’s Code. Ga. Code Ann. § 9-11-30 (West 2017). To make changes to deposition testimony, the witness must request the right to do so before the deposition has ended. Id. Then, the witness will have 30 days to make changes once the deposition officer notifies the witness that the transcript is available. Id. The witness will then make a written statement of all changes and the reasons for the changes. Id. If the witness does not do this within 30 days, then the deposition officer will sign the transcript and the witness can no longer make changes to the deposition testimony. Id.
